The Hip Trip est un groupe hommage à The Tragically Hip qui offre un spectacle énergique et professionnel, parfaitement adapté aux bars, festivals et salles de spectacle.
Notre chanteur, François Lamontagne, cumule plus de 25 ans d'expérience à interpréter le répertoire des Hip. Sa voix, sa présence sur scène et son authenticité, combinées à un groupe de musiciens d'expérience, recréent toute l'énergie des meilleurs concerts de The Tragically Hip.
Notre répertoire comprend tous les grands classiques, dont Ahead by a Century, Bobcaygeon, New Orleans Is Sinking, Blow at High Dough, Courage et plusieurs autres succès qui font chanter les foules.
Entièrement autonomes sur le plan technique, nous avons participé à de nombreux festivals et événements d'envergure, notamment à l'ouverture du week-end du Grand Prix de Montréal 2025, en plus de nous produire régulièrement dans les bars et les salles de spectacle.

Fully self-sufficient on the technical side, we've played numerous major festivals and events — including the opening of the 2025 Montreal Grand Prix weekend — and we perform regularly in bars and concert venues.
